A later change to a product listing or advertised price does not authorize us to add charges to an already submitted order without your consent.
Shipping Schedule and Delivery Information
Orders shipped to addresses within the United States qualify for free delivery. The standard preparation allowance is 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated carrier transit period is 8–12 business days. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM GMT-6.

Estimated delivery periods may be affected by circumstances arising after an order has been prepared. Where a delay gives rise to cancellation or refund rights under applicable law, those rights remain unaffected by these conditions.
Return Deadlines and Order Cancellation
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days following delivery and must satisfy the conditions established in our store policy. Customers are responsible for return postage, and no restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are issued within 10 days after authorization.

Customers wishing to cancel should contact us before preparation begins. Under our standard procedure, cancellation is unavailable after preparation has started or the parcel has entered shipping. Any mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.
