Shipping Policy Overview

Daily Processing Cutoff
The time an order is submitted determines when its processing can begin. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT-6 from Monday to Friday are scheduled to enter processing on that same day. Orders submitted at the cutoff time or later are scheduled for the next business day. Orders received over the weekend are handled when weekday operations resume. Processing commencement refers to the start of order preparation and does not confirm that a parcel has left our facility.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
Once an order enters processing, allow 1 to 2 business days for preparation and dispatch arrangements. Following dispatch, the carrier's transit period is estimated to take 8 to 12 business days. These periods occur consecutively; the transit estimate applies only after dispatch has taken place.
Delivery dates can be affected by carrier operations and unexpected transport conditions. The stated periods are provided for planning purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date or a scheduled delivery appointment.
Confirmation and Parcel Reference
Following checkout, you will receive an order confirmation containing a record of your purchase. Preparation takes place before the parcel is handed over for shipment. Tracking details become available after dispatch, allowing you to consult the latest shipment updates. Please retain your order number and tracking reference in case you need assistance with a delivery enquiry.
Where We Ship and What Shipping Costs
This policy covers shipments to destinations within the United States. Customers are not charged a shipping fee, and the same free-shipping arrangement applies regardless of the order total. No exclusions from this stated coverage are listed. Shipments to destinations outside the United States are not included in the delivery service described on this page.
Missing Parcels and Delayed Dispatch
If the estimated transit period has passed and your parcel is still outstanding, write to support@ireneliving.com. Provide your order number along with the available tracking reference so the shipment can be reviewed. Please check the carrier's most recent updates and include any notices or status changes that may help explain the delay.
If we are unable to send an order within the stated preparation period, we will notify you of the delay. Where applicable law requires it, you will be given the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund. These statutory rights remain in place regardless of the standard cancellation terms below.
Requests to Stop an Order
If you need to withdraw a purchase, contact customer service without delay. We may be able to cancel an order if preparation has not yet started. Once preparation is underway or the parcel has been shipped, our regular process no longer permits cancellation. After receipt, any eligible request should be submitted according to the Return and Refund Policy.
Problems With an Arriving Order
Please notify customer service if your delivery contains the wrong item or arrives with visible damage. Send your order number and photographs that clearly document the issue. Images of the outer packaging may also be helpful when they show how the parcel arrived. After reviewing your report, we will advise you on the appropriate resolution. Do not return the item until our team has provided instructions.
