Return Policy

At Irene Living, we accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be in unused condition and returned with all original packaging, tags, and components intact. Requests made after the 30-day window unfortunately cannot be processed.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please follow the steps below:

• Contact us at support@ireneliving.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return.
• Wait for our team to review your request and send you return approval details.
• Carefully package the item to ensure it is protected during transit.
• Ship the item back using the instructions provided in our email.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. After approval, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please reach out to us at support@ireneliving.com. All exchanges depend on product availability at the time of request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not apply any additional handling or restocking fees.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once preparation or shipment begins, cancellation is no longer available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not correct, please contact us at support@ireneliving.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include clear photos and a short explanation so we can review the issue properly. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or correction.
